Section 347: Playing of loudspeakers

Whoever in contravention of any general or special prohibition issued by the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer, and without the permission of the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer, plays loud-speaker shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.

348. Bill-sticking without permission -

(1) Whoever, without the consent of owner or occupier or other person for the time being in charge, affixes or causes to be affixed any poster, bill, notice, playcard or other paper or means of advertisement against or upon any >kj[k.M xtV ¼vlk/kkj.k½] o`gLifrokj 9 Qjojh] 2012 577 street, building, wall, tree, board, fence or pole or writes upon, spoils, defaces or marks any such building, wall, tree, board, fence or place with chalk or paint or any other way whatsoever, shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, a court may take cognizance of an offence under sub-section (1) of this section upon the complaint of the owner or occupier or other person in charge of the property in respect of which such offence is alleged to have been committed.
