Subject to the provisions contained in rules 13 and 14 the sittings of a Board, Court, Labour Court, Tribunal or an Arbitrator shall be held at such time and places as the Chairman, Presiding Officer or the Arbitrator, as the case may be, shall notify the parties of the same in such manner as he thinks fit.
Comments and Case-law [The publication of notification by the Government in the Gazette must be held to amount to constructive notice to the concerned workmen in view of the provisions of Rule 22 (5).
