Section 23: Procedure at the first sitting

At the first sitting of the Board. Court,

1. Subs by S.O. 599 dated 10.5 1975.

7 Labour or Tribunal, the Chairman or the Presiding Officer, as the case may be, shall call upon the parties in such order as he may think fit to state their case and may also compel them to give lists of their witnesses and to file documents etc. or in the alternative, to call for documents from the custody of the adverse party.
