The Chairman or a member of a Board or Court, or the Presiding Officer or an Assessor of a Labour Court, or Tribunal if a nonofficial, shall be entitled to draw travelling allowance for any journey performed by him in connection with the performance of his duties, at Vie rates admissible to the servants of the State Government of the first grade and halting allowance, at the maximum rates admissible to such Government servants for purposes of travelling allowance.
