In the event of workmen's representative ceasing to be 14 employed in the establishment or in the event of his resigning the membership of they Committee, or absenting from attending three consecutive meeting of the Committee his successor shall be nominated or elected, as the case may be, from the constituency to which the member vacating the seat belonged
