Section 65: Appointment of Commissioner

Where it is necessary to appoint a Commissioner under subsection (3) of Section 33-C of the Act, the Labour Court may appoint a person with experience in the particular industry, trade or business involved in the industrial dispute or a person with experience as a Judge of a Civil Court, or as a stipendiary Magistrate or as a Registrar or Secretary of a Labour Court or Tribunal constituted under any Act or of the Labour Appellate Tribunal constituted under the Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) Act. 1950.
