Section 21: Fees

Payment of Wages Rules, 1937State Rules of Jharkhand · 1936

The fee payable in respect of proceedings under the Act, shall be: -

(i) For every application to Four annas in respect of summon a witness. Each witness.

(ii) For every other application Eight annas.

(iii) For every other application Four annas for each member made by or on behalf of an of the group, subject to a unpaid group before the maximum of five rupees.

Provided that the Authority or the Court may, in consideration of the poverty of the applicant, reduce or remit this fee:

Provided further that no fee shall be chargeable in respect of an application presented by an Inspector.
