Section 8: Notice of dates of payment

Payment of Wages Rules, 1937State Rules of Jharkhand · 1936

The paymaster shall display, in a conspicuous place or at or near the main entrance of the factory, a notice, in English and in the language of the majority of the persons employed therein, giving for not less than one month in advance, the days on which wages are to be paid.
