Section 1: Short Title, Extent and Commencement

The Pragyan International University Act, 2016State Act of Jharkhand · Act 11 of 2016

(1) This Act may be called PRAGYAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT, 2016.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
