The draft master plan shall generally i1 dicale the manner in which the. use of land in the development areas shall be regulated, and also indicate the manner in which the development of lane therein shall' be carried out In particular, it shall provide so far as may be nece ssary for all or any of the following matters, that-is to say __:

(a) proposals for fixing the use of land ·tor purposes such as rnsialen, tial, industrial, commercial, agricultural, recreational and other uses

(le) proposals for planning standards and zoning regulations ior different ZOilP.S.
