(i) इस अ2ध9नयम का संPQRत नाम भू�म अजCन, पुनवाCसन और पुनUयCवVथापन मJ उ2चत �9तकर और पारद�शCता का अ2धकार (झारख�ड संशोधन) अ2ध9नयम, 2017 कहा जायेगा।

(ii) यह 1 जनवरZ, 2014 को �व\ृत हुआ समझा जाएगा। 2 झारख�ड गजट (असाधारण) शु)वार, 21 +दस-बर 2018

(iii) ^यायालय अथवा �ा2धकरण का ^यायादेश अथवा आदेश के अतं6वC=ट होते हुए भी इस संशो2धत अ2ध9नयम के �ावधान �भावी ह_गे।
