Section 16: Issue of duplicate certificate of registration or licence

When a certificate of registration or licence granted or renewed under the preceding rules has been lost, defaced or accidentally destroyed a duplicate thereof may be granted on payment of a fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) only by Treasury Challan.
