CHAPTER V Medical and other facilities to be provided to migrant workman.

36. Holidays, hours of work and other conditions of service ----

(1) Holidays, hours of work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service of migrant workman shall not be less favourable than those obtaining in that establishment or in similar employments in the area in which the establishment is located, as the case may be.

(2) Where there is any dispute in this regard or with regard to applicability of holidays, hours of work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service to a migrant workman under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 13, the same shall be decided by the Labour Commissioner, Jharkhand whose decision shall be final.
