Section 39: Payment of fees

Jharkhand Shops and Establishment, Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1954

(1) The fees to be paid into the local treasury under these rules be deposited under the head of account 1[XXXII – Miscellaneous Social and Development Organization-Receipts from Bihar Shops and Establishments Act, 1953 ”.

(2) No claim for any refund of the fees payable under these rules shall be entertained.
