Section 81: Penalty for breach of the provisions of this Act

Jharkhand State Housing Board Act 2000State Act of Jharkhand · Act 263 of 2000

whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rule , regulation or by-laws made or scheme sanctioned there under shall if no other penalty is provided for such contravention, be punishable-

(a) with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, and

(b) in case of a continuing contravention, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each day after the first day during which the contravention continue.
