Section 88: Duties of police officers

Jharkhand State Housing Board Act 2000State Act of Jharkhand · Act 263 of 2000

It shall be the duty of every police officer- the provisions of this Act or any rule made there under.

(a) to co-operate with Managing director for carrying into effect and enforcing the provisions of this Act or any rule made there under.
