Section 34: Conditions of Services of employees

Usha Martin University Act 2012(Amendment) Act, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 4 of 2013

1) Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.

.hr1 2) Disciplinary action against the students / employees shall be governed, by procedure prescribed in the Statutes.
