Section 52: Remove of difficulties

1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification: pr order, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the related Extent Laws as appear to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty.

2) 2) Provided that no notification or order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period, of three years . from the commencement of this Act.

3) Every order made under sub-section (I) shall as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
