(1) A Member while on tour wlthin India or on tmnsfer (including the joumey undertaken by self and family to joln the Commission or on the expiry of term with the Commission to proceed to hls home town wlth Family) shall be entitled to the joumey allowance, daily allowance and t"nsportatioo of personal effects at the same scales and at the same rates as are applicable to a Group 'A' Officer of the Central Crovernment drawing an equivalent pay.
(2) Forelgn tours to be undertaken by a Member shall require prior approval of the State Govemment which he represenb in the Commiss'on and necessary clearances of the Central Governrnent.
