Section 87: Abetment.

The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.Central Act · Act 2 of 2016

Whoever abets any offence under this Act, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, shall be punished with the punishment provided for that offence.

[Explanation.--For the purposes of this section, the expression "abetment" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in Section 107 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).]
