In SCHEDULE VI to the said rules, under the heading “ FINANCE DEPARTMENT”, after the sub heading “FF.I. Excise” and entries thereunder, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “FF.II. Human Resources Management System (HRMS)” Sd/- (THAAWARCHAND GEHLOT) GOVERNOR OF KARNATAKA.
