(1) ඣೕಂದ൐ ಅඌ౽ค෷ ຄರല๭ದ ಆඃಶൽಂದ ෇ඌತකದ ෴ช ඣೕಂർ෵ತ ౽෦ბಕඝ, ಆඃಶವඝ౬ ຄರല๭ದ ൽකಂಕൽಂದ ෩ವൡ౨ ൽನಗูಳಛಜ ಅಂಥ ಆඃಶದ เฆದ౫ ฃಜ౲ ಸ౽ბರโ ಅඌ๰೉ಸมඈಥ ಅඪೕฤ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರಃౙ ෬ಲ౱ ನเಯඝ౬ ಸย౵ ಸಬ๾ൿ.

(2) ಃ౹ ೕ෨ಗಳ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರโ ෥ലದ ಃ౹ ೕ෨ಗಳඝ౬ ൟರಸౙ ค๭ൿದคಂದ ಅಥ฿ ಃ౹ ೕ෨ಗัಡ ๸ීඌ๭ದ ෴โඃ ඀ฆಗัಂದ ෇ඌತකದ ඣೕಂർ෵ತ ౽෦ბಕඝ, ಅಂಥ ಃ౹ ೕ෨ಗำ ൟರಸౙ ರൕ෴ದ ൽකಂಕൽಂದ ಅರವൡ౨ ൽನಗูಳಛಜ ฃಜ౲ ಸ౽ბರโ ಅඌ๰೉๭ඈ൤ ಅඪೕฤ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರಃౙ ಅಂಥ ಆඃಶದ เฆದ౫ ෬ಲ౱ ನเಯඝ౬ ಸย౵ ಸಬ๾ൿ.

(3) ಅඪೕฤ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರโ, เೈರൕಗಳඝ౬ ನഷ๭ದ ඦತರ, ඀ฆ ඛ฿ರൕಯ ಆඃಶವඝ౬ ຄರല๯ವ ෩ಲಕ ಸದค ಅ೧ბಯඝ౬ เวತัಸಬ๾ൿ ಮൡ౨ ඣೕಂದ൐/ಃ౹ ೕ෨ಗಳ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರಃౙ ඛඃბಶನವඝ౬ ಸಹ ඛೕಡಬ๾ൿ;

ಪฏൡ, ಅඪೕฤർರඝ ಸ౽ಲಃౙ ෬ಲ౱ ನเಯඝ౬ ಸย౵ ๯โದಃౙ ๬ಕ๠ౣ ౽ರಣಗำ ಅല౥ ෴ಜฆโൿ ಅඪೕฤ ඩ౳ ඌ౽ರಃౙ ಮನದഓౣ ದฉ, ಸದค ൽನಗಳ ಅವඌ ෨౽౨ ಯ฿ದ ඦತರ ෬ಲ౱ ನเಡ ಅವ౽ಶವඝ౬ ඛೕಡಬ๾ൿ.
