The Karnataka State Civil Service (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977, the Karnataka Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957, the Karnataka Conduct Rules, 1966, the Karnataka Civil Services (Probation) Rules, 1977 and all other rules for the time being in force regulating the recruitment and conditions of Service of Government Servants made or deemed to have been made under the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is so far as such rules are not in consistent with the provisions of these rules shall be applicable to the selection made and to the persons appointed under these rules.

(1) (2) (3) Veterinary Officer (Rs.52650-97100) 61 (Kalyana- Karnataka Regional Local cadres) Must be holder of a B.V.Sc and A.H degree with a minimum of fifty percent of marks from any University of Veterinary Sciences or University of Agricultural Sciences established by law in India.

Must have Registered his name in the Karnataka Veterinary Council as per the Veterinary Council Act,

1984.
