Section 9: Finality of the orders of the Tribunal

The Karnataka Appellate Tribunal Act, 1976State Act of Karnataka · Act 10 of 1976

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law, but subject to the provisions of 1[sections 8 and 8A]1, every decision of the Tribunal shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
