Section 14: The Pro-Visitor

the Atria University Act, 2020.State Act of Karnataka · Act 22 of 2021

(1) The Honourable Minister for Higher Education, Government of Karnataka shall be the pro-visitor of the University.

(2) The pro-visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocation of the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
