Section 33: Repeal and power to remove difficulties

The Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani and Yoga Practitioners Registration and Medical Practitioners Miscellaneous Provisions…State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 1962

(1) The Medical Act, 1312 Fasli (Hyderabad Act I of 1312 F), as in force in the 1[Gulbarga area]1, and the Bombay Medical Registration Act, 1938 are hereby repealed.

(2) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of the Acts in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, the State Government, may, by notification, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
