Section 1: Short title and commencement

Azim Premji University Ordinance, 2009State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 14 of 2010

(1) This Ordinance may be called the Azim Premji University Ordinance, 2009.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the official Gazette, appoint.

(This Ordinance has come into force on 24.11.2009 by Notification No.ED 316 2008, Dt:24.11.2009 and 08.03.2010)
