Section 2: Amendment of rule 5

The Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) (Amendment) Rules, 2022State Rules of Karnataka · 1976

In the Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) Rules, 1984, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 5, in sub-rule (6), clause (iii) shall be deemed to have been omitted with effect from 20.05.2015.
