Section 2: Definitions

The Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of unauthorised site with building) Rules, 2020.State Rules of Karnataka · 1976

(1) In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,-

(i) “Act” means the Bangalore Development Authority Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1976);

(ii) “Form” means Form appended to these rules;

(iii) “Section” means Section of the Act; and

(2) Words and expressions used in these rules but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
