Section 3: Application

The Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority (Conditions) of Services Regulations, 1994.State Regulations of Karnataka · 1985

These regulations shall apply to all persons serving in connection with the affairs of the Authority except to:

(i) Persons on casual employment;

(ii) Persons in respect of whose appointment and other matters special provisions are made by or under any law for the time being in force, or in any contract;

(iii) Persons subject to discharge from service on less than one month’s notice;

and

(iv) Government Servants deputed to the Authority.
