Section 107A: Interest on delayed payments

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964State Act of Karnataka · Act 36 of 1964

Any sum due to the Board on account of any charge, costs, expense, fees, rates or rent, prorata charges or any other account under this Act or any rule, regulation or order made there under shall carry interest at the rate fixed by the Board from time to time from the respective due dates till the date of payment or recovery.] 1
