Section 13: Appointment of 1[consultants]1

The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964State Act of Karnataka · Act 36 of 1964

The Board may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by 1[regulations]1, from time to time, appoint qualified persons to be 1[consultants]1 to the Board and pay them such remuneration as it thinks proper.
