Section 46: Power to make regulations

The Basavakalyan Development Board Ordinance, 2004.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 13 of 2005

The Board may subject to the provisions of this Ordinance and the rules made under section 45 and with the previous sanction of the State Government, by notification make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
