(1) When any vacancy occurs in the office of the members of the Board elected from any of the constituencies referred to in sub-clause (a) or sub-clause (b) of clause (iii) of sub-section (2) of section 3, if shall be filled by election of member from among practitioners whose names are entered in part A or part B of the Register, as the case may be.
(2) The provisions of these rules 3 and 19 shall mutatis mutandis apply to an election to fill up a casual vacancy under sub-rule (1).
