The Karnataka Border Area Development Authority Act, 2010State Act of Karnataka · Act 12 of 2010

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Border Area Development Authority Act, 2010..

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by 1[notification]1, appoint.
