Section 18: Recognition of Political Parties

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

Every political party recognized by the Election Commission of India as a national party or as a state party in the State of Karnataka under the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968, shall be a recognized political party for the purpose of election to the Corporation.
