Section 22: Publication of list of contesting candidates

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

(1) The Returning officer shall immediately after the preparation of the list of contesting candidates under rule 17, cause a copy thereof to be affixed on the notice board of his office.

(2) If a poll becomes necessary the Returning officer shall supply a copy of the list of contesting candidates and specimen of the picture of the symbol allotted to each such candidate or his election agent.
