Section 28: Notice by Returning officer

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

The Returning officer shall, within two days from the date on which the account of election expenses has been lodged by a candidate under section 44, cause a notice to be affixed on the notice board of the office, specifying the following namely:-

(a) the date on which the account has been lodged;
