The presiding officer shall regulate the number of electors to be admitted at any time inside the polling station and shall exclude there from all persons other than the following, namely:-
(i) polling officers;
(ii) public servants on duty in connection with the election;
(iii) persons authorized by the Chief Commissioner and the State Election Commission.
(iv) candidates, their election agents and one polling agent of each candidate;
(v) a child in arms accompanying an elector;
(vi) a person accompanying a blind or infirm elector who cannot move without help;
and
(vii) such other persons as the Returning officer or the presiding officer may employ for the purpose of election.
