Section 47: Intimation by voters who are entitled to vote by post

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

Subject to rules 44 and 46, the person referred to in rule 45 who wish to vote by post in an election shall send an intimation in Form- 15 to the Returning officer so as to reach him at least ten days before the date of poll and on receipt of the intimation the Returning officer shall issue a postal ballot paper to him.
