Section 63: Account of ballot papers

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

(1) The presiding officer shall, at the close of the poll, prepare a ballot paper account in Form-20 and enclose it in a separate cover with the words “Ballot paper Account” super-scribed thereon.

(2) The presiding officer shall furnish to every polling agent present at the close of the poll, a true copy of the entries made in the ballot paper account after obtaining a receipt from the said polling agent there for and shall also attest it as a true copy.
