Section 76: Sealing of used ballot papers

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

The valid ballot papers and the rejected ballot papers shall thereafter be bundled separately and the bundles made in to a separate packet which shall be sealed with the seals of the Returning officer and of such of the candidates, their election agents or counting agents, as may desire to affix their seals thereon and on the packets so sealed shall be recorded the following particulars, namely:-

(i) the name of the ward; and

(ii) the date of counting
