Section 84: Marked copy of the electoral roll

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (Election) Rules, 2021State Rules of Karnataka · 2020

Immediately before the commencement of the poll, the presiding officer shall demonstrate to the polling agents and others present that the marked copy of the electoral roll to be used during the poll does not contain,-

(a) any entry other than that made in pursuance of rule 47; and

(b) any mark other than the mark made in pursuance of clause (b) of sub rule (2) of rule 49.
