Section 7: Repeal and Savings

The Karnataka Cauvery Basin Irrigation Protection Act, 1991.State Act of Karnataka · Act 27 of 1991

(1) The Karnataka Cauvery Basin Irrigation Protection Ordinance, 1991 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 6 of 1991) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have done or taken under this Act.
