(ಎ) ಸ౽ბರโ, ౽෦ბಕ ಇมಒಯย౵ ౽෦ბಕ ಅඌ౽คಗಳ ದ೬ბಜಂತ ಕല෫෵ರದ ಸ౽ბರದ ಅඌ౽คಗะಜฆವ ಅൿ ๰ಕ౨ ๅಂൿ ූเ๯๋ಥ ವ౲ ౾౨ ಗಳඝ౬ ಅඌඛಯಮ ಮൡ౨ ಈ ඛಯಮಗಳ ಉං౪ ೕಶಗัಛಜ ಉಪಕರವඝ౬ ๸ಗ౳ ๼ಸฤ ๸ಗ౳ ಹ൏ ಅඌ౽คಗಳක౬ ಜ ඡಮಕ ෥ലಆำ౶ โൿ;

(෈) ๸ಗ౳ ಹ൏ ಅඌ౽ค෷ ಅඌඛಯಮ ಮൡ౨ ಈ ඛಯಮಗಳ ෩ಲಕ ಅಥ฿ ಅದರ ಅലಯย౵ ಆತඛಡ ಪ౳ ದತ౨ ฿ದ ಅඌ౽ರಗಳඝ౬ ෴ವ ෦ൟ෽ಳಡ ಚม෵ಸ෎ಀ ಎಂ්ದඝ౬ ඛඌბಷౣ ಪല๯โൿ;
