(1) ಈ ඛಯಮಗಳย౵ ๸ದಭბโ ಅನ౲ ൞ ಅಗತ౲ ಪല๭ದ ຄರൡ,- (ಎ) “ಅඌඛಯಮ” ಎಂದฉ, ಕකბಟಕ ๭ඛ ಮൡ౨ ๬ಂಸౙ ೃൟಕ ౽ಯბಕತბರ (ಃ౹ ೕ෥෗ไൽ౫ ) ಅඌඛಯಮ, 2024 (2024ರ ಕකბಟಕ ಅඌඛಯಮ 46);

(෈) “ಅಪಪತ” ಎಂದฉ, ಅಪฃಧ ಉං౫ ೕಶ ಮൡ౨ ಅඛคೕ౾౹ ತ ಂತ౲ เಲ౵ ං ಇದ౪ ౾ದ౪ ಂ൤ ๸ಭเ๯ವ ಒಂൿ ಘಟච෴ಜൿ౪ , ಇದคಂർಜ ๬โ ಅಥ฿ ಅಸಮಥბ൤ಡ ౽ರಣ฿ಞವ ๎ಶ౷ ತ ಅಥ฿ ๸තಣბ ಅಥ฿ ූಗ๛ ಅಂಗ็ಕಲ౲ ൤;

(๭) "ಉඅ౲ ೕಗർತ" ಎಂದฉ ಪ౳ ತ౲ ౘ฿ಜ ಅಥ฿ ಪฌೕౘ฿ಜ ๭ඛ ಮൡ౨ ๬ಂಸౙ ೃൟಕ ౽ಯბಕತბರඝ౬ ඡಮಕ ෥ലಆำ౶ ವ ವ౲ ౾౨ ;

(ല) "ಅಧ౲ ౘฆ" ಎಂದฉ ෱ಡัಯ ಅಧ౲ ౘฆ;

(ಇ) "ಸದಸ౲ " ಎಂದฉ ෱ಡัಯ ಸದಸ౲ ; ಮൡ౨ (ಎෆ) "ಪ౳ ಕರಣ" ಎಂದฉ ಅඌඛಯಮದ ಪ౳ ಕರಣ.

(2) ಈ ಅඌඛಯಮದย౵ ಬಳಸมದ ಆದฉ ಪคූ๞๭ಲ౵ ದ ಎม౵ ಇತರ ಪದಗำ ಮൡ౨ ಪർವัಗำ ಅඌඛಯಮದย౵ ಅโಗัಡ ඛೕಡมದ ಅಥბಗಳච౬ ೕ ຄಂൽರತಕౙ ൿ౪ .
