Section 10: Appeal against decisions under sections 5 and 9

The Karnataka Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1964State Act of Karnataka · Act 23 of 1964

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the licensing authority under section 5 or section 9 may, within thirty days from the date on which such decision was communicated to him, and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, appeal to the prescribed authority and where no such authority is prescribed, to the State Government. The decision of the appellate authority on the appeal shall be final.
