No license shall be granted in cases where the notice referred to in section 54 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003 ) has to be given to the Electrical Inspector and to the District Magistrate until such notice has been given and the Licensing Authority has informed the Electrical Inspector of the district or area regarding the decision to issue license.
