Section 1: Title, Commencement and application

The Karnataka Civil Services (Computer Literacy Test) Rules, 2012.State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Civil Services (Computer Literacy Test) Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

(3) Nothing in these rules shall apply to the persons select to, or holding the posts of Drivers, Primary School Teacher, Police Constables, Nurses, Sericulture Demonstrators, Forest Guards, Excise Guards, Health Workers, Forest Watchers, Bailiffs and Process Servers and Group “D” posts and such other posts as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
