Section 1: Title Commencement and application

The Karnataka Civil Services (Direct Recruitment) (General) Rules, 2021.State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Civil Services (Direct Recruitment) (General) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) These rules shall apply to all posts in Group-A, Group-B, Group-C and Group-D, which are to be filled by direct recruitment, 2 for which no special or general rules have been made prescribing the method for such direct recruitment.
